This window appeared after a game crash while I was fighting the Crimson Mage. We both had Life Link and Dark Pact active at the same time. We both had about half of our cards. After ending my turn, I saw the animation of us drawing cards until our hands were full, then this screen came up.

I found a situation which only seems solvable by forfeiting.

In the first draft I took two pickpockets and a desecrate. I used them to take almost all of the kobold's cards. Now, I have a hand that is only shields, pickpockets, and desecrates, and the kobold only has shields and a fishy chest. All I can do is click "end turn" and the kobold also just instantly ends their turn. There should be some sort of mechanism that detects when both the player and the computer only have the option to end their turn and nothing else.
